Week of April 9th

Sweet Dreams by Ni! is this week’s featured puzzle. It’s been a long week of responding to support emails and fixing bugs after the launch of Pixelogic 5…I could use some R&R myself.

Bug fixes

There were two bug fix updates in the last week, 5.0.1 and 5.0.2, which should fix issues with restored puzzles, small grid layouts, and slowness/lag. Read more about these updates here. If you are experiencing other issues, feel free to shoot me an email at support@pixelogic.app

Version 5.1

After a short break, I’ll be continuing to update and improve Pixelogic. Here is what is on my radar for the next update:

• Tool toggle button issues (slow switch animation, harder to tap)

• Add an indicator to know which tool mode you are in (fill vs X)

• iPad layout sometimes cuts off global stats in landscape

• Hint number font size can be too small

• Ability to eliminate string of Xs with fill tool

• Color themes

• Some look & feel improvements, smoother animations

• Grid size seems smaller on larger phones (iPhone Pro Max)
